We recently completed a project for Namibia Breweries for the design, supply and installation of six caustic tanks and the walkways and access ladders.

Nirosta built a tourist attraction feature at the “Rooi Dak Padstal” near Solitaire. The feature shows a Soviet rocket which supposedly crashed in the Namib Desert.

Stainless Steel 316 special made lobster-type sweep tee for Swakopmund Waterworks

The project entailed the design and construction of a hides conveyor to elevate the wet blue hides up to the fleshing machine at Nakara.The client aimed at a rate of 180 hides per hour.

We finished a new project for a private client at Elisenheim Estates north of Windhoek. Attached some pictures of the installation of a Mezzanine floor with a beautiful staircase and stylish handrail. Project was finished in August 2022.

Four grain silos were recently supplied to one of our expanding customers, Feedmaster.

We produced this 40 m3 oil tank for Feedmaster. 

Next to our normal style handrail and balustrading, having a “brushed type” finish, Olympia Eye Clinic has appointed Nirosta (Pty) Ltd, to manufacture high polished balustrading and grab rails, to their new outside staircase, having wire intermediates below the top rail.

A lot of 4x4 enthusiasts ask us for the construction of specialized car equipment. Our services range from small mounts for high lift jacks and similar products to the construction of trallies, water or fuel tanks or - our speciality - stainless steel tubular trallies that are water fillable.

We have received this “honorary beer” from the Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) for excellent service over the past few years.

Nirosta (Pty) Ltd has fabricated a shell-and-tube heat exchanger in grade 316 stainless steel for the Solid Waste Department of the City of Windhoek.

Nirosta was asked to fabricate a centrifugal fan. CAD drawings were prepared in-house and parts were laser cut for easy and accurate assembly.

We were invited to this fast track structural steel project at Bokomo Foods, involving a shed of 35m span and 27 m long with a height of 9m at the gable.
